Цель Фонда – это объединение и поддержка ученых и специалистов различных областей знаний, их научных программ и результатов разработок, а также их социального и профессионального уровня для повышения научно-технического прогресса страны и имиджа Республики на мировом уровне
- Участие в создании условий для сотрудничества между учеными и специалистами Казахстана, ближнего и дальнего зарубежья
- Привлечение, поощрение и поддержка исследователей в создании инновационных разработок, презентация, распространение информации о новейших достижениях отечественных специалистов в республике и за ее пределами
- Освещение в прессе новые достижения ученых и молодых специалистов
- Поддержка выполнения проектов и разработок, связанных с проблемой сохранения окружающей среды и условиями жизни человека
- Активное участие в разработке программ обучения, повышения квалификации для ученых, работающих в области образования, науки, медицины
- Издательская деятельность, разработка и реализация методической, справочной и прочей литературы

The purpose of Fund is an consolidation and support of scientists and experts of various fields of knowledge, their scientific programs and results of development, and also their social and professional level for increase of scientific and technical progress and image of Republic on a world level
- Participation in creation of conditions for cooperation between scientists and experts of Kazakhstan, near and far abroad
- Attraction, encouragement and support of researchers in creation of innovative development, presentation, distribution of the information on advanced achievements of domestic scientists in republic and abroad
- Interpretation in press of new achievements of scientists and young specialists
- Support of carrying out of projects and development connected with a problem of preservation of an environment and conditions of human life
- Active participation in development the programs of training, improvement of professional skill for the scientists working in the field of education, science, and medicine
- Publishing, development and realization of the methodical, reference and other literature
